Pros:

1. Small and pretty compact for easy storage

2. Easy to use

3. Works well indoors

4. It can attach to any camera tripod and the laser is very clear

6. The adjustable (and removable) mount is ingenious because it lets you rotate and lock the tool in any horizontal direction.

Cons:

1. The magnet

2. The laser line is not intense enough to be seen.

The beams are bright (almost too bright) red, and shine easily up to 30 feet. It will work through glass and is fine outside even in bright daylight. I don't know if it's waterproof, but it looks like it would laugh at the rain. And yes, batteries are included. This is one of the best laser level that anyone want to buy.

Cons:

1. There is no lock-off (to allow for easier off-level lines or to carry the unit without rattling).

2. The plumb/vertical beam stopped working after 2.5 years of fairly light use for no apparent reason (hadn't been dropped for at least several weeks)

This unit is small and easy to use. Just set it anywhere and you have a level and vertical line. The extended sweep planes are also very useful. Anyone actually looking at this laser online, actually needs one. I would really recommended this one of the best laser levels. It's very Handy, very well built, small, comes with a magnetic bracket, optional receiver for outdoor use. Overall, a great product.

1. It saves time, easy to use, and is sturdy enough for professionals

2. Water resistant unit.

3. Useful distance - 50' between walls and 30' ceiling.

4. Each laser beam illuminates a plane. 180 degrees each one. 3 planes. Sharp red lasers.

5. The tool is stated in the guide as accurate to 3mm for every 9m.

6. It appears to have 3 main moving parts: leveler, pivot - the tight arm attached to top of unit, and a knob that can be rotated.

Cons:

1. The user guide consists mostly of instructions for a field calibration test.

2. This laser, except for the fact that the two vertical beams were not square with each other

The DEWALT DW089K is a highly rated Self Leveling 3 Beam Line Laser Levels and may be/is the best value highly recommended by other users.
